We have a professional after-sales team that can handle customer feedback reasonably. If necessary, we can arrive at the site as soon as possible to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Timely Service

• Our service providers nationwide operate a 24-hour duty system and provide round-the-clock support for users.

• Customer visits, letters and phone calls are handled and responded to within 8 hours.

• Warranty service requests are implemented within 4 hours, and urgent parts are dispatched within 24 hours, except for complete engine assemblies.

• After receiving a rescue request from the user or notice from the marketing company, the service station dispatches service personnel within 30 minutes and must arrive on site within 12 hours, except in remote areas.

• After a warranty agreement is reached with the user, major issues must be resolved within 72 hours, and general faults must be repaired within 8 hours. If delays are caused by us, compensation of RMB 50 per hour will be paid to the user, with less than one hour counted as one full hour and 24 hours calculated as one day.

Professional Service

• Appraisers and maintenance technicians work with identification badges. Photos of maintenance personnel are displayed prominently in the service provider's repair area, and training certificates are available for user reference.

• New engine inspection and maintenance are carried out strictly in accordance with our standards, and the relevant procedures are posted publicly.

• All engines must be serviced in the dedicated engine maintenance area.

• Qualified maintenance tools are used throughout the service process.

Reliable Service

• Spare parts used in warranty service are standardized.

• Spare part packaging and identification are standardized.

• Labor hour quotas and labor rate standards outside the warranty period are standardized.

• Work procedures for new engine inspection and warranty service are standardized.

Standardized Service

• The signs, labels, tools and service wording used in the service provider's dedicated engine maintenance area are standardized.

• Codes of conduct for all categories of service personnel are standardized.
